Bulk knitted fabric for industrial purchasing.
Bulk knitted fabric supply from Fago Textile connects an agreed material specification with wholesale quantities and repeat delivery requirements. Fago Textile manufactures knitted fabrics in Istanbul, Türkiye and reviews both one-off bulk orders and ongoing supply enquiries. Our core collection covers single jersey, interlock, rib, piqué, French terry, three-thread sweatshirt fleece and jacquard. You can enquire about greige fabric or a finished fabric brief with colour, print and finishing requirements.
For a high-volume order, the total tonnage is only the starting point. We also need the quantity for each construction and colour, your target usable width and GSM, and any sample or testing approvals. These details determine the production route, minimums and scheduling. Send a forecast separately from the quantity you are ready to order so that the quotation reflects your purchasing stage.
Build a workable supply schedule.
| Specification | What to confirm for your order |
|---|---|
| One-off bulk order | Provide the committed quantity, colour breakdown and requested delivery window. |
| Repeat or monthly supply | Share expected monthly demand, forecast changes and the frequency of deliveries. |
| Truckload or container enquiry | Include destination, net fabric weight and packing preferences. Loading quantity depends on roll dimensions and packing. |
| Price comparison | Compare the same composition, finished GSM, usable width, finish, tolerances and delivery scope. |
| MOQ and lead time | Confirmed for the selected construction, material, colour split and production programme. |
Keep repeat orders consistent.
A repeat order should refer to an agreed fabric specification and approved reference. Discuss colour references, acceptable variation, dimensional stability and the inspection report required for each production lot. If the material, yarn, finishing route or specification changes, arrange a new approval before treating the order as a repeat.
Long-term supply planning works best when sample approval dates, order-release dates and delivery windows are agreed together. Tell us whether deliveries go to your own factory, a warehouse or a nominated garment manufacturer. We review the production scope and available scheduling for each enquiry.

Buyer questions.
Can I request fabric by the tonne?
Yes. State the quantity in metric tonnes or kilograms and break it down by fabric and colour. Minimums, availability and the schedule are confirmed in the quotation.
Can you quote a full truck or container order?
Send the destination, required fabric quantity and packing brief. We review the shipment plan with the order specification; there is no single fixed fabric weight for every container.
Can a distributor request recurring deliveries?
Yes. Include your expected monthly demand, delivery frequency and specification. The programme and order commitments are agreed before production.
Before you confirm your fabric order.
Before releasing a bulk knitted fabric order, compare the quotation against the sample that your garment team approved. Check that the composition, finished width, GSM, colour references and included processes match. Keep the committed quantity separate from forecast demand, and record which approval or document is needed before each production stage can proceed. This gives your buying team a clear basis for reviewing changes.
For recurring bulk knitted fabric deliveries, define the article reference and order-release schedule. Identify where the goods will be received, whether shipments contain several shades and how rolls should be labelled for the cutting room. Discuss packing dimensions and gross weight before treating a truckload or container estimate as confirmed. The final shipment plan should reflect the actual fabric, roll format and agreed delivery scope.
For delivery terminology, consult the ICC information on Incoterms rules. Confirm the delivery term and named place in your own quotation.
